It's been some time since any new Death Stranding footage was released to the public, but that doesn't mean Kojima Productions hasn't been showing off their latest video game to a few lucky folks behind closed doors.
In fact, we recently learned that the developers behind Horizon Zero Dawn were treated to a very impressive demo, and now it seems director Joe Penna also received a special look at Death Stranding.
Penna recently directed the film Arctic, which also stars Mads Mikkelsen, and while he couldn't reveal any specifics about the upcoming title he did share his reaction over Twitter. "Holy moly," the director wrote. "Death Stranding... I've never seen anything like this."
While the filmmaker's tweets don't provide any insight into what exactly he saw and why it was so amazing, it is just one of many extremely positive reactions to come out about the Death Stranding, which should make eager fans even more excited for Kojima's latest title.
