With January coming to a close, Sony has revealed the next batch of free games coming our way courtesy of PlayStation Plus. For February 2025, PS Plus subscribers of all tiers will receive three free games: Payday 3, High on Life, and Pac-Man World Re-Pac. All three games will be available to download starting February 4th.

Playable on PS5, Payday 3 is a co-op first-person shooter in which you and a team of others must successfully pull off heists. Teamwork and strategy are key as you must coordinate with others to take down security guards, disable alarms, and secure the loot. How you approach the heist is also important. Will you go with the stealth approach or guns blazing?

Step out of retirement back into the life of crime in the shoes of the Payday Gang, the envy of their peers and the nightmare of law-enforcement wherever they go. Several years after the crew’s reign of terror over Washington DC has ended, they assemble once again to deal with the threat that roused them out of early retirement.

If you're looking for something a little less serious, High on Life is a comedic sci-fi shooter with Metroidvania elements from Squanch Games, the studio formed by Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland. High on Life offers a mix of comedy and action as players must save Earth from intergalactic invaders using a high-tech bounty hunter suit and an arsenal of talking guns. These weapons aren't just for taking out enemy targets but are also used to solve puzzles and access locked areas. High on Life will be playable on PS4 and PS5.

Fresh out of high school with no job and no ambition, you’ve really got nothing going for you until an alien cartel that wants to get high off humanity invades Earth. Now, you and a team of charismatic talking guns must answer the hero's call and become the deadliest intergalactic bounty hunter the cosmos has ever seen.

Travel to a variety of biomes and locations across the cosmos, go up against the nefarious Garmantuous and his gang of goons, collect loot, meet unique characters, and more, in the latest comedy adventure from Squanch Games!

The third and final game for PS Plus in February is Pac-Man World Re-Pac. This is a remake of the 2004 platformers with improved UI, updated visuals, and polished mechanics. Pac-Man World Re-Pac still maintains the spirit of classic Pac-Man games — navigating mazes and dodging ghosts — but moves the action into a 3D space. It's more of a platformer adventure where you'll solve environmental puzzles, pull off special Pac-Man moves (like the Butt-bounce and hover-jump) and rescue the Pac-Fam.

All three of these games will be available to PlayStation Plus members from February 4th until March 3rd. As a reminder, you have until Tuesday to download January's monthly games: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe.
