Detroit: Become Human is the latest attempt of director David Cage to shatter the border between two worlds, video gaming and movies. Quantic Dream's project will be released on May 25th and the studio promises to deliver an intriguing, character-driven story that's being created by your choices. It's the same premise we've heard many times, but hopefully Cage will manage to live up to Heavy Rain.
The newest trailer focuses on Detroit's narration. The story will be told from at least three different perspectives, letting the players to experience the conflict that won't be divided between simple black and white, good and evil situations. The trailer is not the longest one, but gives us a chance to find out more about the main characters and their complicated, hopefully not artificial, moral dilemmas.
Travel to the near-future metropolis of Detroit – a city rejuvenated by an exciting technological development: androids. Witness your brave new world turn to chaos as you take on the role of Kara, a female android trying to find her own place in a turbulent social landscape.
Detroit: Become Human will launch on May 25, 2018.
