PlayStation players have been eagerly anticipating Sony's next-gen console, and the good news is that the waiting is almost over, as the PlayStation 5 is finally becoming available on Thursday the 12th of November, or the following week on Thursday the 19th of November.
Before unveiling the console, Sony surprised fans by revealing that the DualShock controller was being rebranded to the DualSense, and that this controller would give players a unique experience that promises to make gaming sessions even more immersive than ever before.
While it is true that the PlayStation 5 will be vastly superior to its current-gen counterpart, Sony keeps betting on the DualSense controller to give players the game-changing experience that will set this apart from its direct competition.
Sure, the exclusives play a role here too, but the experience as a whole will likely be enhanced thanks to the DualSense's haptic feedback, and those who have already managed to get their hands on the controller — quite literally, might I add — have supported the idea that this will be a game-changer.
PlayStation 5 being a console that allows players to immerse themselves in the games that they play is exactly what Sony is promoting in the launch trailer for their highly anticipated next-gen console; the idea that play has no limits on PlayStation 5.
