One of the things that has had fans wondering about Sony's next-gen console is its size. PlayStation consoles usually tend to be quite big at launch, and are eventually slimmed down when a revised version is released a few years down the line.
The original version of the PlayStation 3 is still one of Sony's biggest consoles, looking quite bulkier when compared to the first version of the PlayStation 4. Sony has already given us our first look at the PlayStation 5, but its size has still remained somewhat of a mystery.
Considering just how much of a leap in technology we've seen since the PlayStation 4 was released, one would assume that the PlayStation 5 could either end up being smaller than its predecessor, or considerably larger, but both being the same size was probably not even considered.
As it turns out, Sony's next-gen console is actually quite massive, and it makes the PlayStation 4, and even the PlayStation 3, look quite smaller in comparison, so players will definitely need to make some extra room for the highly anticipated console.
This video was shared by the people over at GameXplain, who compared the PlayStation 4 with various other platforms from both past and current generations, and it is rather fascinting to see jusy how much of an imposing beast the PlayStation 5 looks.
