Square Enix's beloved Kingdom Hearts franchise is finally coming to Steam.
Next month, two Kingdom Hearts collections, as well as the critically acclaimed Kingdom Hearts III + ReMind (DLC), come to Steam, delivering hundreds of hours of magical gameplay. All together, a total of 10 Kingdom Hearts will be coming to Steam, making up the entirety of the "Dark Seeker Saga."
Revisit the emotional and heartwarming world of KINGDOM HEARTS in this Steam announcement trailer featuring the newly re-recorded "Simple and Clean" from Hikaru Utada, one of Japan's most influential and best-selling musical artists.
Created by legendary director Tetsuya Nomura, the Kingdom Hearts franchise launched in 2002. A collaboration between The Walt Disney Company and Square Enix, the franchise centers on the main character, Sora, as he journeys to various worlds inspired by Disney properties (as well as some Square Enix-themed worlds). With the help of Donald and Goofy, the trio of adventures must stop the Heartless invasion by sealing each world's keyhole.
There have since been 13 games in the series released with 10 of them comprising what is now referred to as the "Dark Seeker Saga." These 10 games are the ones coming to Steam in the form of two compilation bundles along with Kingdom Hearts III.
