During last night's The Game Awards event, Sucker Punch left attendees in aw by releasing a brand-new, and phenomenal trailer for the highly anticipated
Ghost of Tsushima; a game that had fans worried, at one point, due to the lack of news about it.
While fans didn't get the release date that they were waiting for, Sucker Punch did make sure to rekindle everyone's love for their upcoming action adventure title. With all that said, it is still nice to know that the game is looking better than ever, and that it is still a PlayStation 4 title; great news, considering that many thought it would end up releasing for the PlayStation 5.
Today, developer Sucker Punch has surprised fans once again, by releasing a full-size version of the beautiful new key art for
Ghost of Tsushima — which players can set as their new desktop wallpaper if they want, and that no longer features any logos; only the key art.
Take a look down below, and be sure to open the image in a new tab to see it in glorious high definition:
In 1274, the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the Japanese island of Tsushima and slaughters its legendary samurai defenders. Jin Sakai is one of the last survivors of a noble samurai clan. To combat his overwhelming foes, he must pioneer deadly new fighting techniques--the way of The Ghost--and wage an unconventional war for the people of Japan.
Ghost of Tsushima is expected to release exclusively for the PlayStation 4 in Summer of 2020.
