Guerilla Games launched an exciting and action-packed, new franchise back in early 2017. Horizon Zero Dawn is a third-person open-world role-playing game that's exclusively available for the PlayStation 4 console. There's apparently some kind of spinoff in the works for virtual reality —
find out more on that here — as well as a traditional sequel.
In the meantime, it seems that
Horizon Zero Dawn might be branching out from the PlayStation 4 platform. A new rumour claims that the game will be available for PC from February 2020. This claim is certainly shaky, however, there are some aspects which make it somewhat plausible.
The rumour comes courtesy of the same source (via
Gamesradar) which predicted that
Death Stranding would eventually be coming to the PC. On that note,
Death Stranding makes use of the Decima game engine which originated in
Horizon Zero Dawn. Therefore, this engine is already atuned for PC.
However, Kojima Productions is only in partnership with PlayStation whereas Guerilla Games is actually owned by PlayStation. There's a slight distinction there which would make you raise an eyebrow upon hearing that
Horizon Zero Dawn will be coming to PC.
