PlayStation Plus subscribers are in for quite the treat next month, as they will be getting two critically acclaimed first-person shooters to keep themselves busy. We're talking about Activision's Call of Duty: WWII and Electronic Arts' Star Wars: Battlefront II.
Interestingly enough, both Call of Duty: WWII and Star Wars: Battlefront II released in November of 2017, although we have to admit that only COD: WWII was well-received by players at launch. This isn't to say that SW: Battlefront II is a bad game; in fact, the game is now actually brimming with content that has finally made it worth your time.
It is also worth mentioning that these are only the base versions of Call of Duty: WWII and Star Wars: Battlefront II, so some of the content will still have to be purchased eventually if you want to get an even fuller experience.
When it comes to these games' main campaigns, both are strong contenders, but where these titles shine is in the online multiplayer scene, and this is where players will get the most out of both; be it in the streets of Stalingrad or in the forest moon of Endor.
The best news is that Call of Duty: WWII and Star Wars: Battlefront II are available, completely free of charge, for PlayStation Plus subscribers right now; well, of course you first have to pay for the service, but the point still stands.
