Sony has announced that Tetris Effect will be released on November 9th on PlayStation 4. It can be found in their digital distribution and will have a physical edition.

Tetris Effect debuted on E3 2018, the game mixes the classic block drops with music enhanced with psychedelia. The game has a new Zone feature, players can freeze time and stop blocks from falling.

This is the classic puzzle game, but reinvented by Enhance Games - creators of Rez Infinite - and with the possibility of playing with PlayStation VR.

The game will offer more than 30 phases set in an environment that reacts and evolves according to our way of playing: "The elements of background, sound, special effects and even the Tetris pieces beat, dance, shine, produce music and explode in perfect synchronization with the way it plays," says Sony.
