Each and every month, PlayStation gives away a pair (at least) of free games to those who subscribe to their premium service, PlayStation Plus.
Earlier this week, they announced the two games that will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers in May — more on that here. Suffice it to say, that announcement didn't go down too well. Actually, the selection of free games for May has been one of the worst received ever.
Nonetheless, those games will be introduced tomorrow (on May 4th) and replace those that are currently available (via PlayStation Blog). So, today is your last chance to get your hands on Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and DiRT Rally 2.0 for free (assuming you're subscribed to PlayStation Plus).
The former is a third-person narrative-driven adventure game wherein you assume the role of Nathan Drake as he's swept back up into the world of treasure hunting. Similarly, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (which consists of the first three Uncharted games) is also now available for free but you don't require PlayStation Plus for that.
DiRT Rally 2.0 is a racing game developed by Codemasteres which features a variety of tracks which span the globe, trade tarmac for off-road terrain (and vice versa), as well as feature various weather conditions. Don't be fooled by the "2.0" in the title; it's actually the thirteenth instalment in the Colin McRae Rally video game series.
