Who knew trashy novel cover art and video games could be combined in such spectacular fashion?  Artist Astor Alexander, who has worked for Vibe Magazine and Skeptic Magazine had that particular light bulb go off. 

Below, check out his fictitious covers for pulp magazines and detective novels featuring Samus, Mario,Wario, Princess Peach, Link, Zelda Geralt and Yennefer.  Which one is your favorite?  Personally, I'm leaning towards the Metroid cover.
