The return of Borderlands, with their most recent title Borderlands 3, was one of the most surprising and desired entries in tot the highly stylized franchise. Since its release, the game has not made many waves in terms of news and has stayed relatively calm without many updates.

Well, all of that is about to change with the announcement of the game's second season pass! Beginning and timed perfectly, with the console switch to the next generation, the season pass includes not just new skins but also some fantastic DLC packs! Fans can expect new vault hunter skins along with the DLC expansions that will be revealed at a later date.

Not much is known about the second DLC, the Director's Cut, but the first DLC pack, the Designer's Cut, has been revealed to include a new skill tree and game mode called Arms Race. Not much is known about the new game mode as of yet, but it will undoubtedly add to the longevity of the game.

Thankfully, more news on the season pass is going to be revealed through streams starting later this month, so make sure to stay tuned! Don't forget to share your thoughts on the reveals in the comments below!

Answering a recruiting call from the Crimson Raiders, a new team of Vault Hunters (Amara, Moze, Zane, and FL4K) arrive on Pandora only to find that the Crimson Raiders have been put on the brink of annihilation at the hands of the Children of the Vault (COV). They meet Lilith, who orders them to recover a Vault map/key that was lost years ago but recently ended up in the hands of the COV.

The Designer's Cut DLC will release for Borderlands 3 on November 10th!
