Last Chance To Purchase SHOVEL KNIGHT: TREASURE TROVE For Under $30, Yacht Club Games Reveals

Shovel Knight developer Yacht Club Games revealed — quite a long time ago, actually — that brand-new content, in the form of two games, would be added to the base Shovel Knight game; bringing King Knight as the protagonist of his own story, as well as a party fighting game.

While the developer revealed that they were working on Shovel Knight: King of Cards and Shovel Knight: Showdown, it wasn't until last month that we finally got an official relese date for both titles — which will be added completely free of charge on the 10th of December.

Now that we are only a few days away from these new games' release date, Yacht Club Games reminds us that this is the last chance that players have to purchase Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove for $24.99; once King of Cards and Shodown release, the new price will raise to $39.99.

It is also worth mentioning that players who already own any of the previous versions of Shovel Knight will get King of Cards and Showdown for free, meaning that players who still haven't had the chance to purchase the game — and decide to purchase it before the expansions release — will also get King of Cards and Showdown for free; time is running out, however.
