During today's Nintendo Indie World presentation, Hopoo Games took the opportunity to reveal that their classic multiplayer roguelike title,
Risk of Rain 2, will be releasing for the Nintendo Switch.
Risk of Rain 2 already released for Microsoft Windows via Steam's Early Access, making the Nintendo Switch the first console to get a version of the game. Although we still have to get an official release date, the developer assures that the game will be available at some point
this Summer.
Another interesting detail revealed by the trailer is that more information about the game will be shared on the
30th of August, meaning that we could finally end up getting a release date for
Risk of Rain 2 that day. We'll just have to wait and see.

The classic multiplayer roguelike, Risk of Rain, returns with an extra dimension and more challenging action. Play solo, or team up with up to three friends to fight your way through hordes of monsters, unlock new loot, and find a way to escape the planet.
