Life is Strange has become something of a cultural phenomenon in recent years and has recieved acclaim from fans and critics alike. It was announced today that an "enhanced" version of the game will launch on iOS this week.
Dontnod's episodic adventure focuses on a photography student, Max Caulfield, as she discovers the ability to rewind time and attempts to unravel the mysteries of Arcadia Bay. The game will look better than ever on iOS thanks to the game previously running on unreal engine 4. The development team have fully intergrated touch screen control while also adding new features to the game such as iMessage stickers.
The first three episodes of Life is Strange will launch on December 14 with episodes two and three acting as in app purchases. The two remaining episodes will launch early 2018 and an android version is also said to be in the works. It looks like there's a lot here to entice devoted fans to revisit Life is Strange while also making the game accesible to a whole new audience.
