Call of Duty: Mobile will feature characters, maps, weapons, perks, and more from previous instalments in the long-running game series. However, unlike prior instalments and as you might have guessed by its name,
Call of Duty: Mobile will be available on mobile devices. It's set to release for both iOS and Android devices on October 1st.
You will be able to play the first-person shooter with just your fingers on a touch screen, however; it has now been revealed that
Call of Duty: Mobile will have controller support at launch. This means that you'll be able to play the mobile game with a console controller or even a keyboard and mouse. This feature will likely drum up some more interest in the upcoming mobile shooter.
Seems that there could be some unfairness there but perhaps the game will make use of input-based matchmaking like the upcoming
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game will. However, nothing to counteract blatant disparity between using a controller and touch screen has been officially confirmed yet.
