Marvel Strike Force is a mobile free-to-play RPG game developed by Seismic Games and recently purchased by Niantic, Inc. (Pokemon GO creators) where players must team up heroes and villains alike to battle the evil Ultimus, a deranged Kree trying to take over the universe. It's a turn-based RPG reminiscent of Final Fantasies, a hit genre for the mobile community. The game features a large roster from Captain America to Deadpool and Cable, totaling 44 named heroes and villains (not counting 'Minion' playable characters).
Their August update looks to kick off with a bang, as the campaign event to unlock Scarlet Witch is already underway! As one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel Universe, her abilities look to help manipulate the battle in favor for her team, but by no means is she a support character. Here is a quick rundown of her skills:

Hex Bolt: Attack primary target for __% Piercing damage + apply _ random negative effect.

Warp Reality (5 energy, starts with 5): Redistribute your total squad health evenly. Apply Deflect to Vision if he is an ally.

Chaos Wave (7 energy, starts with 7): Attack all enemies for __% Piercing damage + each target has _ negative effect prolonged by duration of _.

Power of Chthon (Passive): On Turn, __%chance to spread a negative effect from an enemy with a negative effect to an adjacent target. This will not spread Stun.
She is considered a 'controller'-type character, which is basically a utility role that either helps buff their team, or in Scarlet Witch's case, debuff the enemies. To unlock her, she has a special event campaign where players must use only 'Mystic' type characters to try and unlock her. Here's a quick video from their

Joining her this month through various events, assumed as both story and 'PvP' events (Player vs Player), are
Loki, the God of Mischief,
Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan, and the S.H.I.E.L.D. Director himself,
Nick Fury. Nick Fury as of right now, has been confirmed by a game dev to need 'Kree'-type characters to battle through chapters to unlock him. Ms. Marvel, following in the steps of Scarlet Witch's campaign, will need 'City'-type characters, so basically any team of Defenders will do.
