CAPTAIN MARVEL Star Brie Larson Dressed As Samus For Halloween, Wants To Play Her In A METROID Movie
Brie Larson, who will soon be suiting up in Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel, recently made it clear that she'd love to be a part of a cinematic-adaptation of Nintendo's Metroid series.
Despite rocking a pretty awesome outfit in her upcoming and highly-anticipated Marvel Studios movie Captain Marvel, this year for Halloween Brie Larson elected to dress up as Nintendo's greatest bounty-hunter: Samus Aran - specifically Samus in her Zero Suit.
The actress posted a couple of pics in which she's garbed in the skin-tight, light blue suit - topped off with a holster and bright blonde wig. Check it out below:
A fan of Nintendo's Metroid series later posited "@brielarson dressing up as Samus Aran for Halloween is as close as we're going to get to a Metroid movie, isn't it?" Thankfully though, if Larson gets her way, we will get a Metroid-based movie down the line as the actress responded: "I hope not. I want to make that movie."
Larson isn't the first in the business to show interest in a Metroid movie as, just a couple of months ago, Jordan Vogt Roberts (the director of Kong: Skull Island) stated his intent to bring Samus to the big-screen with a basic pitch. You can read Roberts' comments here.
So, Brie Larson as Samus Aran with Jordan Vogt-Roberts in the director's chair what do you think about how the fantasy Metroid movie is shaping up thus far? Do you agree that Brie Larson as Samus is perfect casting?
