LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was officially revealed during Microsoft's press conference during E3 2019. We haven't heard a whole lot about it since then, and haven't even found out the game's release date yet, but it was said that it would release at some point during 2020. Of course, the whole COVID-19 pandemic might have caused a bit of trouble in that regard.
Nonetheless, an awesome and official piece of artwork for the highly anticipated game has been released. It's believed that this piece will be what's used for the upcoming game's official box art. It seems that the artwork was shared via the official Facebook page of LEGO but the post has since been taken down as we can't seem to find it.
Perhaps and hopefully this means that there will be a lot more LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga news coming soon — especially since today is Star Wars Day! Here's hoping we find out a release date, perhaps see some gameplay, and find out more of the overall features.
Last month, we found out that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will include content based on live-action Disney+ series The Mandalorian — find out more on that here.
UPDATE: The key art has since been reposted on StarWars.com. Thankfully, the official site shared a much more high-quality version of the image. You can check that out below:
