During this year's E3, Warner Bros. Games and Lego
announced that they were working on a brand-new Lego Star Wars title; one that would focus on all episodes in the main line of
Star Wars films, and that would simply be called
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, much like the name suggests, will have players playing through
The Phantom Menace,
Attack of the Clones,
Revenge of the Sith,
A New Hope,
The Empire Strikes Back,
Return of the Jedi,
The Force Awakens,
The Last Jedi, and
The Rise of Skywalker; in the fun and humorous way that only Lego games can deliver.
When the game was announced, it was only revealed that
The Skywalker Saga would release for the Xbox One, but now we have confirmation that it will release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC(Steam). What we still don't know, however, is exactly when it will launch — as the developer only states that it will release at some point in 2020.
Today, Lego and Warner Bros. Games have released the official trailer for
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga — although it actually feels more like a teaser — giving us a look at some if the most iconic moments from every single one of the 9 movies in the sage.
