Ever since Square Enix released the teaser for Shadow of the Tomb Raider last month, fans got quick shots of Lara in her newest adventure and our first look at Mayan pyramids.

After the first promotional artwork has been unveiled, we may have a better idea of the main setting. It looks like Lara will be traveling to south-America to explore ancient Mayan civilizations because, just like the teaser trailer, this new artwork features another Mayan pyramid in the background. We also get our first look at Lara's climbing axe, bow, handgun and a new machete, which hasn't been featured in the other games.

The artwork also shows an eclipse which also happens to be the main logo of the game. As we all know, this will be "Lara Croft’s defining moment as she becomes the Tomb Raider", and will be the concluding chapter of her story.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is set to release September 14th on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
