Ubisoft has detailed this month's content drop for
Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, and while some new features are definitely welcome, there's no denying that
Assassin's Creed III - Remastered will be the main star of March's update. The upcoming title will be available in a classic boxed version, but you will also get its digital version for free by purchasing the
Odyssey season pass (currently priced at $40).
The upgraded
ACIII will support 4K and HDR, higher resolution textures leveraging a new graphics engine, and several other graphical enhancements on PlayStation 4 Pro, Xbox One X, and PC. Ubisoft Barcelona has made some major changes to the UI,, shading, and combat system, taking direct inspiration from the most recent
AC games. The package will also include
ACIII: Liberation Remastered.
When it comes to
Odyssey, the brand new update will bring another chapter in the
Lost Tales of Greece series, titled
A Friend Worth Dying For, that will be available on March 26th.
Odyssey players will finally have a chance to customize their ships, mount, and hero with the
Abstergo gear pack. Captain Octopus as a Legendary Lieutenant skin will also be available on March 19th. Check it out down below:
