We already know Assassin's Creed Odyssey will differ greatly from previous installments in the franchise, as it will add a ton of new RPG elements to the long-running series of games, including dialogue options and the choice to play as a female or male character.
However, gameplay elements won't be the only thing that separates it from the rest of the pack, as game director Scott Phillips revealed in an interview with Game Informer that Odyssey will be "much, much longer" than Assassin's Creed Origin.
Since his answer was part of a rapid-fire segment, the game director wasn't able to go into more detail on the subject, but this should be exciting for fans who enjoy longer game experiences.
Also, to get a better idea of how long the upcoming Assassin's Creed title will actually be, estimates for Origins said it would take the average player about 30 hours to complete the game, which means Odyssey could clock in anywhere over 30 hours.
