The upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series multiplatform episodic graphic adventure has revealed the release date for episode 01. Pre-orders are now live!

Marvel has just announced that the first of five episodes of the Guardians of the Galaxy Telltale game will be made available (digitally)on April 18. Physical copies for PS4 and Xbox One go on sale May 02.  The first entry will be titled Tangled Up in Blue and retails for $4.99 USD.  Pre-orders (including for a season pass) are available now. 

In addition new key art for the game has also been released, including a first look at the Mad Titan, Thanos.

The game reportedly centers on the Guardians discovering a mysterious artifact that is of particular interest to each of the five team members.  However' they'll have to band together if they want to keep the artifact from falling into the wrong hands.
