The
Warriors Orochi series is a hack and slash action game crossover of Koei Tecmo's
Dynasty Warriors and
Samurai Warriors.
Warriors Orochi 4 is the fourth entry in the series, or at least it is in North America since a combination of the first two
Orochi games came out in Japan under the name of
Musou Orochi Z(original title in Japan) but never saw a Western release.
Recently, Koei Tecmo America confirmed that
Warriors Orochi 4(announced only a couple of days ago in Japan) is offically coming to the West as they released a teaser trailer online. Check it out.
This was also confirmed by the official Koei Tecmo America twitter account, where fans were able to express their enthusiasm as well as some concerns regarding the possibility of the game featuring a barren open world like in
Dynasty Warriors 9.
While the teaser doesn't really give away too much, like what platforms the game will be available for or what the official release date will be,
Warriors Orochi 4 is expected to come out this 2018.
