The
Resident Evil series has introduced many characters since the first title was released all the way back in 1998; with some of these characters becoming as iconic as the series itself. Many fans will immediately recognize characters like Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine(the series' first protagonists) and know what their role has been in the series since they were first introduced.
Some other characters have even managed to become even more popular than Chris and Jill, and such is the case with
Resident Evil 2 protagonists Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield. Out of these two characters, however, the one that has been more prominently featured in other titles was Chris Redfield's younger sister Claire.
Now that the
Resident Evil 2 remake finally released in February of this year, some newer players have become familiar with both Leon and Claire, and today Capcom has released a biography video of Claire Redfield; thoroughly explaining how she got involved in the Resident Evil series' story, and the path she took after the events of the critically acclaimed
Resident Evil 2.
