Spider-Man is finished and will arrive as planned, on September 7 to PlayStation 4 - with the publication of press reviews a few days before, on September 4 -. And like in most releases, the game has been accused of downgrade, or loss of quality compared to the original presentations.
James Stevenson, community head of Insomniac Games, has rejected the accusations and explains that the differences are a combination of changes for artistic reasons -such as reducing the number of puddles on the floor-, a different position of the sun and the high compression of the videos used for comparisons, but not technical issues. Stevenson assures that the detail has not been modified in the levels or the suit of Spider-Man.
Today we learned that its main story will last about 20 hours, apart from all alternative activities, secondary missions and collectibles, which will extend the life of the game.
Stevenson has responded to many of the comments received on Twitter. You can read his comments below.
