SUICIDE SQUAD: KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE Reveals Additional Playable Characters

More news has hit for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League revealing that even more playable characters have been added! But just who is joining Task Force X?

More than the four playable characters have been revealed for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League!

There are a lot of reasons why Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is going to be a huge deal in the gaming world. For starters, it's a brand-new superhero game, and games that allow players to team up to take on missions together tend to get a lot of attention. Of course, the fact that it's being made by Rocksteady Studios, the same studio responsible for the Batman Arkham series, is a huge plus as well. In this sequel, players will meet the Justice League of that universe for the first time; however, they won't play any significant roles in the story. Instead, players will be asked to eliminate heroes like Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, and Batman who have been corrupted by Brainiac's influence.

Gameplay featuring Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang, among others, was showcased in detail during the most recent PlayStation State of Play. Fans won't be limited to those two DC heroes, though. After much speculation, Rocksteady Studios has finally confirmed that players will be able to assume the roles of multiple characters. The existence of post-launch content that adds new missions and playable characters to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was confirmed by both a making-of video and a frequently asked questions section. Rocksteady is no stranger to this, having previously released downloadable content for the Arkham series that allowed players to assume the roles of Batgirl, the Joker, the Red Hood, and other characters connected to Batman.

"Out Of Arkham Asylum"

Who, if anyone, will be playable in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is still up in the air. Since Rocksteady has worked on Batman games before, so he could be a good choice if he survives the game. Fans have been asking for a Superman game for quite some time, and since he appears in the game as an enemy, perhaps he will be playable in downloadable content... Many DC Comics villains could also be fun additions to this new game.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is coming out on May 26 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Who else do you think should join the Suicide Squad in their mission to eliminate the Justice League?

Be sure to check out Lex Luthor's reveal and the comic prequel tie-in to the game as well!
