Ubisoft's E3 2019 conference is now live. To start it off, the studio showed off some gameplay of the third instalment in the Watch Dogs series. Watch Dogs Legion is set in a dark, near-future, dystopian version of London.

Following Brexit, the city is rife with hackers. As was revealed by leaks ahead of the currently live gaming event, essentially every NPC you come across in the game is a playable character. The gameplay demo shows off exactly how this process works, hilariously featuring the most tech-savvy and badass old lady you'll ever see.

As the Watch Dogs Legion segment of the show was brought to a close, its release date was revealed to be March 6th, 2020. Check out the trailer and gameplay demo (via Ubisoft) below:

Watch Dogs Legion is set to release on March 6th, 2020.
