In June of last year, THQ Nordic surprised fans of the Destroy All Humans! series by revealing that a remake of the very first game was being developed by Black Forest Games, adn would be launching for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC at some point this year.
This brand-new Destroy All Humans! is bringing back every single one of the elements that made the original title a classic, which is great news for fans who grew up on the game and want to relive the experience; only this time with enhanced graphics, of course.
Destroy All Humans! isn't just a better-looking version of the original game, as the developers at Black Forest Games have also added an all-new mission called "The Wrong Stuff," which will be taking players back to Area 42 — where they will help Crypto infiltrate the area's main base.
The review embargo for Destroy All Humans! was actually lifted today, and reviewers seem to be somewhat mixed on this remake. Interestingly enough, this could be a good thing for purists, as most criticise that the game is too similar to the original in terms of gameplay and writing, while still priasing the game's improved graphics.
Whatever the case, the good news si that fans will be able to try out the game for themselves, as Destroy All Humans! has just become available today, and THQ Nordic has shared a brand-new trailer that does, indeed, look like the game players know and love.
