A few days after Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was released, back in January of this year, Bandai Namco announced that they would be adding Dr. Slump's Arale and Trunks' Time Machine to the game. The developer also revealed that this would be done via a free update.
While Arale and Trunks' Time Machine were added at the time, only the Dr. Slump's side quest could be accessed, as the time machine was added to the game but was still not functional; for reasons that we still cannot really comprehend.
As many may have guessed, Trunks' Time Machine will allow players to travel back in time and replay previous chapters in order to complete any quests they may have missed while playing through the story. This is great news, considering that boss fights are particularly great.
Today, Bandai Namco has finally revealed that Trunks' Time Machine will be completely operational, via the promised free update, tomorrow; giving players the chance to replay some of their favourite moments from the game without having to create a new save file.
