Dying Light released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC back in 2015. Techland has been working on a sequel ever since and it's set to debut in Spring 2020. Both the original game and its follow-up allows players to parkour and fight their way through an open-world that's infested with zombies.
Techland, the developers of
Dying Light 2, recently revealed both how long it will take to beat the sequel and how long it will take to complete it. Lead game designer Tymon Smektala told
Prankster 101 that it will take you between fifteen and twenty hours to beat the main story.
However, the developer went on to reveal that there's about one-hundred hours worth of content in the game. That's taking into account more than just the main story but also every other activity that the open-world has to offer — some notable activities from the first instalment being parkour challenges, survival challenges, and traditional side missions.
Dying Light 2 is set to release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in Spring 2020.
