Hot on the heels of the
Cloak & Dagger DLC,
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is once again getting downloadable content based on a popular Marvel comic series. Available today for $2.99, Warner Bros. has announced the release of the
Marvel's Runaways Character and Level Pack for
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.
The new DLC adds a level and characters inspired by Brian K Vaughan's iconic character series, which has also been adapted into a television show currently streaming on Hulu.
The
Marvel's Runaways DLC sends players to the undersea Marine Vavarium,
"where they’ll try to escape from the chaos and destruction that their criminal parents - ‘The Pride’ - have brought upon them." As per usual, the DLC will add to the game's already robust lineup of heroes and villains, with players able to unlock Nico Minoru, Chase Stein, Alex Wilder, Karolina Dean, Molly Hayes, Old Lace, and Gertrude Yorkes.
The
Marvel's Runaways Character and Level Pack can be purchased today for $2.99, and is also included as part of the Season Pass ($14.99) which includes six Level Packs and four Character packs, including the previously released
Cloak & Dagger,
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 ,
Black Panther content, and the
Champions,
Out of Time, and
Agents of Atlas Character Packs.
