Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is less than a week away from releasing — becoming available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on
Tuesday the 25th of February — and giving fans of the series the chance to relive all four titles in the
Mega Man Zero series, as well as both titles in the
Mega Man ZX series.
This phenomenal collection isn't including all 6 titles in the
Zero and
ZX series, but it is also adding new modes that will give
Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection even more content for players to get the most out of the soon-to-be-released game.
One of the new modes is the ability to play with a friend in the all-new Z Chaser Mode; a mode that, until now, was only going to be playable locally — as Capcom confirmed that this new mode will actually be getting some online components; added to the game via a day 1 update.
As revealed by Capcom today,
Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection's new Z Chaser Mode will add World Record Chaser and online leaderboards, which will allow players to chase other players online. What they didn't specify is if this will be against other players' ghosts, or simply trying to beat their record without actually seeing their rivals.
Six games, five heroes, and two series megamerge into one giant collection! Taking legendary Reploids into the far future, join Zero as he battles against the forces of Neo Arcadia, then witness the rise of a new generation looking to carve out their own story. Mega Man Zero / ZX Legacy Collection brings the intense action of Mega Man Zerothrough Mega Man Zero 4 as well as Mega Man ZX and Mega Man ZX Advent to modern platforms.
Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 25th of February.
