Bigmoon Entertainment was not too long ago acquired Saber Interactive, but most people won't even know of this because these video game studios are not well known to the public. For those who might be wondering, then, well, Saber Interactive are the guys behind World War Z.

As for Bigmoon Entertainment, this is a developer from Portugal, and from what we have gathered, the studio will be renamed to Saber Porto very soon. This video game developer has released games such as Dakar 18, Demons Age, Syndrome, and Police Simulator: Patrol Duty.

None are particularly popular, but it goes to show this is an experienced developer, therefore, they could work wonders for Saber Interactive going forward.

"Saber is always on the lookout for teams with creativity, passion, and expertise, and the crew at Bigmoon is a perfect fit for our culture and ambitions," said Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch. "Paulo and the new Saber Porto will help us access talent in yet another thriving region, expanding our capabilities as a developer for both third-party IPs and our own original franchises."

The newly acquired company will work on two games for the PC platform to be released in the future, but we have no idea when at this time.
