Brawlout is a party fighting game with a wide selection of unique fighters and indie icons. The roster is filled with characters from Hyper Light Drifter, Yooka-Laylee, the recently released epic, Dead Cells and Guacamelee!

The game features six fighters with varied playstyles, moves, designs on top of the guests from indie hits. Brawlout allows for four player battles online and local, where players must launch their enemies out of the stage by dealing damage to them. The game features multiple battle modes such as Timed, Stock and Team Matches.

Unique to Brawlout is a Rage Meter mechanic. Every player’s meter increases when they take damage; using the full meter buffs the player, allowing them to deal more damage and sustain more attacks. Furthermore, using only half of the meter completely stops all of your momentum when being launched out, allowing the player to survive for a bit longer.

Angry Mob Games will be showcasing Brawlout at Gamescom in August with a celebration of its console launch.

Brawlout is currently available on the Nintendo Switch with the upcoming PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC versions up for pre-order for only $20.00. With the release of Dead Cells and the future inclusion of a Dead Cells fighter, this is the perfect time to get into Brawlout!

Stay tuned for future coverage of Brawlout and Dead Cells from me.
