ROCKET LEAGUE Goes Prehistoric With The Announcement Of JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM Tie-In DLC
Rocket League have gone cinematic yet again with another movie tie-in. This time Psyonix will be adding a ton of Jurassic Park themed trinkets to the game - hit the jump to find out more...
The Rocket League Twitter account shared the exciting news along with a short trailer showing of the new trinkets. The DLC will be releaseing on June 18 and be cost $1.99.
The official Rocket League website goes into more detail:
We’ve teamed up with our friends at Universal once again to bring one of the greatest movie franchises of all time to Rocket League!” the Rocket League post said. “The Jurassic World Car Pack DLC will be available on June 18 for $1.99 (or regional equivalent) on all platforms and features new items that will remind everyone in the arena of when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.
The newest additions to the game are Jeep Wranglers, vehicles that Psyonix says will come with different decals for Jurassic World and Jurassic Park. The vehicles also come with other exclusive features, as listed below:
The Jeep Wrangler also comes with its own unique Wheels and Engine Audio, making your gas-powered Jeep a spitting image of the cars in the films.
There’s also an amazing new Goal Explosion included in the pack - as seen at the end of the above trailer massive T. Rex that explodes out of the goal. The Rocket League Twitter account confirmed that you can use this Goal Explosion with any car, not just with the new Jeeps.
