Crash is back in the
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy—a compilation of the first three games in the series—and is now available on all current consoles, as well as PC. The N. Sane Trilogy had originally come out for the PlayStation 4 in 2017 as a console exclusive. It was later ported to the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC and those versions of the game only released last week, on the
29th of June.
A bit over a week after its release, the
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has already managed to get back in the Top 10 UK Games Chart,
taking the number 1 spot from Mario Tennis Aces, and even beating
The Crew 2—which also came out on the
29th of June. What's interesting is that the
N. Sane Trilogy was comfortably sitting at the 22nd position last week, which also means that the game had managed to stay pretty relevant since its original release back in 2017.
While it is surprising that
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has managed to pull this off, it isn't as unexpected given that the games are pretty popular and are releasing for other consoles, as well as PC. With the Nintendo Switch being one of the hottest consoles in the market, and the Xbox One finally getting some love again, it was only a matter of time until the
N. Sane Trilogy became the most sold game—at least in the UK.
