NetherRealm's
Mortal Kombat 11 keeps adding chracters to its roster by either introducing us to new fighters, or by bringing back characters from previous entries in the long-running
Mortal Kombat series; joining all-time classics like Sub Zero, Scorpion, and Sonya Blade — to name only but a few.
During today's
Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Kast, NetherRealm Studios revealed Kabal as the newest fighter to be joining the game's roster. The character has been in pretty much every
Mortal Kombat title since his debut in
Mortal Kombat 3, so fans will be very pleased to see him back and with an awesome redesign.
Kabal makes his triumphant return in
Mortal Kombat 11, after making an appearance in
Mortal Kombat X as a non-playable character, with an awesome — and quite gruesome, to be quite honest — gameplay trailer, and he's just as brutal as he's ever been.
Take a look:
The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.
Mortal Kombat 11 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 23rd of April.
Nintendo Switch version will release on the 10th of May.
