The reboot to SNK's long-running sword fighting series, simply titled Samurai Shodown, is only three days away from releasing; giving fans the same gameplay mechanics they know and love, as well as giving the series a complete new look by dramatically changing the game's art style.

While Samurai Shodown means a reboot for the series, SNK has done their best to keep things familiar for long-time fans — like bringing back a bunch of characters from the previous games, but also introducing a few new fighters to keep things interesting.

SNK revealed that Darli Dagger, Wu Ruixiang, and Yashamaru Kurama(the game's new protagonist), although we've only had character trailers for Darli and Yashamaru; that is, until today as Wu Ruixiang finally gets a character trailer that shows off her charmingly clumsy fighting style.

After more than a decade, Samurai Shodown is back! SNK is rebooting one of its most successful series, carrying on the legacy of past titles with a new game that retains the same thrilling battles of past titles in a graphically advanced package.

Samurai Shodown will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC in on the 25th of June.
