Samurai Shodown — the new entry in SNK's sword-fighting video game series, which is also meant to be a soft reboot for
Samurai Shodown as a whole — was released in June of this year; with the developer promising that a bunch of characters would be released post-launch.
Rimurur was the first DLC character to become available, releasing only a few short days after
Samurai Shodown officially launched, and Shizumaru Hisame, Basara, and Kazuki Kazama became available in the coming months since release.
Today, SNK has released an action-packed character trailer for Wan-Fu — who is one of the veteran fighters that have been part of the series since the first game released in the early 90s, as well as the final DLC fighter to join the new
Samurai Shodown's roster.
As per the information revealed by SNK, Wan-Fu will actually be releasing in just a couple more days; finally becoming available this Wednesday the 18th of December.
