Destiny 2's main Crucible event, the Iron Banner, will return next week. While this will be the second Iron Banner event for console players, this is the first for Guardians on PC.

For this Iron Banner event, the game mode will be Clash. It is scheduled to begin on November 21st at 1am PST and will run through November 28th at 1am PST.

As a reminder, the requirements to participate include completing the campaign, visiting Lord Saladin in the Tower to begin the Iron Banner quest, and launching into the Iron Banner playlist.

Unlike the original Destiny, there are no longer Power advantages in Iron Banner for Destiny 2. Additionally, you no longer complete bounties to earn ranks in order to purchase exclusive gear. Instead, as you complete matches, daily challenges, and milestone quests, you are rewarded with tokens that you turn into Lord Saladin to earn Legendary engrams that have a chance to become event gear — similar to other vendors in the game.

In addition to gear, there is a special Seasonal Milestone that rewards those who complete it — collecting ten reward packages (a total of 200 tokens) — with the Shades of Radagast Season 1 Iron Banner Emblem. Because this is the last Iron Banner event of Season 1, it's also your last chance to complete the Seasonal Milestone and unlock the Shades of Radagast Emblem before it's gone forever.

Iron Banner will return in Season 2 with new rewards and, according to Bungie, new ways to earn them.
