Overwatch's first post-launch character is...Sombra! Wait, what? Much to everyone's surprise, Blizzard announced today that the newest addition to the game's playable character roster is Ana Amari, the mother of Pharah. Amari is a founding member of Overwatch and uses a long-range sniper rifle to heal teammates and fire bullets that deal continual damage to enemies. She also has a secondary weapon that can put enemies to sleep. Her Ultimate Ability, "Nano Boost" is a support type, which increases teammate movement speed, damage output and armor.
No word yet on when Ana will be made available in the game, but it's expected that she'll debut before the end of July.
