If you're a fan of the Star Wars: Battlefront that EA revamped, you'll be happy to know that a sequel to the recent installment in the series will be dropping in the fall of 2017.
This continues the series latest reboot that kicked off in November 2015. While the current game allows players to experience intergalactic battles spanning the galaxy during the Rebel and Empire war, the chances are high that the sequel will let players take up arms during the clone wars. The trilogy that was released during the early 2000's did just that, as each game took place during different time periods.
But as we know Battlefront 2 won't be the only Star Wars game coming out over the next two years, as Visceral Games is currently developing a third-person action game, and Respawn is also making their own third-person action adventure. We've gotten glimpses of these new games at E3 and the like, but I'm sure we'll get a full blown trailer between now and the release of the second Battlefront installment.
