The next big
Star Wars: Battlefront II update will match the controversial FPS' first anniversary, and DICE has some ambitious plans to reward fans' patience, introducing them to new content, heavily inspired by another debatable
Star Wars product, George Lucas'
Episode II Attack of the Clones. Tomorrow, players all around the world will witness the arrival of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi himself.
You won't have to wait until Wednesday to see what he can do in the game, as YouTuber Battlefront Updates has already played the
Geonosis expansion and recently uploaded two separated gameplay videos that showcase the desert home planet of the Geonosians and Obi-Wan's abilities and emotes, including Ewan McGregor famous "
hello there" from
Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
Obi-Wan' nemesis, feared Jedi hunter General Grievous, debuted in
Star Wars: Battlefront II last month, and just like in the movies, he engages in combat with two (sometimes four) lightsabers. Starting tomorrow, you will also have a chance to check out the planet of Geonosis in the
Galactic Assault mode. Take a look at the new
Star Wars Battlefront II: Battle of Geonosis footage below:
