The long-rumored
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 private beta was hosted between Feb. 7 and Feb. 11, 2019, which means that the tests literally ended a couple of hours ago. Unfortunately, the only way to take part in it was to pre-order the MMORPG video game or be selected by the developers themselves.
According to VG247, a developer on
The Division 2 revealed that an open beta is coming in a recent livestream on Twitch, saying that some of the bugs in the private bate will be fixed in the open tests. While nothing has been confirmed yet, that Ubisoft announcement would be hardly surprising, as the original followed a quite similar schedule, with a closed beta in January, and an open beta in February.
In the private beta, players had a chance to complete two main missions (Grand Washington Hotel and Jefferson Trade Center) and five optional side objectives (Empire Autumn Hotel, MLK Library Hostages, National Archives, Mustang Court, and Rescue Bureau Headquarters), so Ubisoft Massive may not need to add more content and focus solely on patching and upgrading the upcoming game instead.

With DC at risk, it's time to gear up and use your unique skills to take on this new threat.
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be available March 15th, 2019 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
