There's no denying that
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be one of the biggest and most discussed video games of the year as the first entry broke Ubisoft's record for first-day sales and the industry record for first-week sales of a new IP back in 2016. Considering that Ubisoft Massive has seemingly learned from their mistakes, there's a rather big chance that
TCTD2 will be one truly
massive (wink-wink) hit.
The IGN crew has shared a brand new gameplay video featuring all-new footage from the upcoming MMO/RPG/TPS hybrid, focusing entirely on four players fighting the True Sons, a fictional militaristic faction made up of radical mutineers and trained criminals, led by the traitor Antwon Ridgeway who strongly believes that "might makes right," at NASA Headquarters in the slowly collapsing Washington.
The highly anticipated
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 private beta will be hosted between Feb. 7 and Feb. 11, 2019, Ubisoft Massive officially announced a week ago. Unfortunately, the only way to participate in the beta is to pre-order the video game or be selected by the developers themselves. In the meantime, be sure to take a closer look at the Space Administration HQ mission down below:
Washington D.C. is on the brink of collapse. Lawlessness and instability threaten our society, and rumors of a coup in the capitol are only amplifying the chaos. All active Division agents are desperately needed to save the city before it's too late. You are a member of the Division, an elite group of civilian agents charged with being the last line of defense. With DC at risk, it's time to gear up and use your unique skills to take on this new threat.
Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be available March 15th, 2019 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
