In August of last year, Bandai Namco announced The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, which is the second part of this episodic horror series that began last year's The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan; this time, featuring a new cast of main protagonists, and a new setting.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope was fully revealed just a couple of months ago, with a terrifying trailer that introduced players to the new characters, and gave them a pretty good idea of what to expect; those who played Man of Medan will be quick to notice both the similarities and differences between the two.
While the reveal trailer did manage to show off some gameplay, mainly in the form of in-engine cutscenes, it was mainly focusing on introducing players to the story in The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope.
For those of you who were left wanting to see more of The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, Bandai Namco has just shared a lengthy gameplay trailer for the game, and it does seem like this new episode will be something special, as the atmosphere alone makes it feel like a Silent Hill game.
Bandai Namco still hasn't revealed the official release date for The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope, but they reassure players that the game will release soon, as it is scheduled to launch at some point this summer. While we wait for the developers to reveal the game's launch date, be sure to watch the lengthy gameplay video down below, and let us know your thoughts.
