Horror and video games are a combination that may not always hit the mark, but when it does can create unforgettable experiences and terrifying scares. Dead By Daylight is a multiplayer horror experience that knows all too well how to perfect the art of the scare. With one supernatural killer and a crew of teens that have to escape being sacrificed, the multiplayer aspect of the game plays to the strengths that it has established thanks to the idea that the players will never know where the killer is until it is too late.
Since its release, the game has included a ton of original characters that have a large list of powers and abilities to try and capture and kill the survivors; however, as the game gained more popularity, it was able to include multiple icons of horror such as Michael Meyers of Halloween and Ghostface from Scream (to name a few); now, with the current generation of consoles coming to an end, the question of whether or not the game will make the cross to the new generation has finally been answered.
Thanks to a brand new trailer, following the confirmation that the game would be coming to the Xbox Series X, the game will also be slashing its way onto the Playstation 5! The new trailer shows off the crisp graphics and the huge amount of characters that are now available in the game.
While Halloween may be done, the scares will continue for the rest of the year! We would love to hear your thoughts on the news and the trailer in the comments below!
